Chris Dimitriadis

Chris brings over 22 years’ experience in; commercial & contract management, strategic planning, and business development & operations.

Chris has overseen the delivery of several multi-million-dollar construction projects, led and managed numerous EOI’s & RFTs, including preparing project plans, client engagements, coordinating responses for bidders, attending site inspections, liaising with governments and corporates clients, and preparing, collating and submitting tender documentation.

In addition to his Consultancy duties, Chris is also the Operations Manager of YIMBA, a key role within the organisation overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, including; all business operations, IT, systems security, website, branding and marketing, and company finance.
