YIMBA’s Managing Director Damien Barnes was thrilled to recently join Lander & Rogers Chief Executive Partner Daniel Proietto to launch the First Nations Leaders in Conversation Series last week in Melbourne.

The conversation explored how genuine engagement with Traditional Owners during Australia’s energy transition can unlock long‑term economic opportunity, informed decision‑making and sustainable community benefit. A strong reminder that when engagement is done well, it creates pathways for leadership, empowerment and shared prosperity.
